4 Day Yoga Retreat

Here you will learn some of the key hatha yoga practises for clearing up the body and mind. Open to teachers and existing practioners as well as newcomers to yoga.

There will also be group discussions on applying yoga philosophy to living life with joy in the 21st Century.

This retreat provides a chance for much personal instruction as the group is small (no more than 4). It aims to be a relaxed and inspiring experience. We will cook delicious, healthy, vegetarian meals using where possible ingredients grown at Blackloch.

Each day there is time out for you to relax. There are lovely walks, a tennis court or you can borrow a book from the extensive library and curl up by a cosy log fire.

There is high quality accommodation here for up to four for those who are not local. The accommodation offered is in the self contained Bothy for a couple or two friends (king size or twin-beds option) and in the main house a double room with adjacent bathroom and a king size bed/ twin bedded room with en suite.
